A Card For The Kids With Crayons.

This Stamp Set is perfect for the men in your life, how much you appreciate them with a handmade, heartfelt card or gift you make using the A Good Man Stamp Set. Great for Fathers Day, birthdays, or any day you want to recognize and celebrate your men. 

So I created this card for the kids with Crayons.

This could also be a nice project for on the go, or what about giving it as a gift to someone with kids.

Our 3 1/2 month old grandson Leo colored the card with mom. So much fun...

When my husband Cor saw this, his reaction was: "Leo-nardo in action"... ha ha ha.

Here is what I used and how I made it:

149270 A Good Man Stamp Set

111350 Pacific Point Cardstock 8 1/2 x 11" 

121044 Basic Gray Cardstock 8 1/2 x 11"

159276 Basic White Cardstock 8 1/2 x 11"

132708 Memento Ink

152463 Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon

110755 Multipurpose Liquid Glue

144107 Take Your Pick

126199 Pierce Mat

3 Crayons.

Directions:

Cut Pacific Point Cardstock at 4 1/4 x 10" and score at 4 1/4

Cut Basic Gray Cardstock at 4 x 4

Cut Basic White Cardstock at 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 

Do first the stamping before adding the glue in the Basic White Cardstock

Glue the pieces together and adhere to the front of the card.

Make 2 small holes for the ribbon and tie the ribbon around the Crayons.

A Little Smile Card Kit...

This is one of the kits you can choose from the New Kits Collection.

It's named... A Little Smile Card Kit.

Each kit is all-inclusive and includes the predesigned projects, stamps, preprinted pieces, and even the adhesives you need to complete the projects.

If you don't like to size of the cards, because you prefer a regular greeting card size, I might have the solution for you, shown below...

The materials I added to the kit:

120953 Crumb Cake Cardstock (3 sheets)

131297 Coastal Cabana Cardstock (3 sheets)

101856 Vellum Cardstock (2 sheets)

126199 Pierce Mat

144107 Take Your Pick (Stylus)

Cut 1 Crumb Cake & 1 Coastal Cabana card stock in 4 1/4 x 11. 

Cut 1 Crumb Cake & 1 Coastal Cabana card stock in 5 1/2x 8 1/2.

Cut 4 pieces from each color at 4 1/4 x 3. 

Cut the Vellum to the size you prefer and have it on top of the Pierce Mat, then Take Your Pick Stylus and make the wave motion.

On the inside from the cards I glued the envelopes, they can be used for gift cards.

I thought it turned out quite nice.

Hats Off... To You!

This is the time of year I make masculine cards. With Fathers's Day coming up, and birthdays to celebrate. I wanted to make a card using this new Hats Off stamp set and dies.

As you can see I tried to go with the Packer colors... yes, we are fans. Go Pack Go.

Masculine cards don't need a lot of embellishments, so once I figured out the layout, it didn't take long to put it together. The card is 4 1/4 x 11, score at 4 1/4 and 5 1/2, that's the base of the card. Glue the folded piece. Cut the 2 designer papers, 1 x 4 inch and a 4 x 4 inch and glue to the card base.
